かねてより
Meaning
Previously; already; for some time. A formal expression indicating something has been ongoing since before now.
A formal expression meaning since before or for some time already, often found in written Japanese, official announcements, and news. More formal and literary than かねてから. Can also be written with kanji as 予てより, though the hiragana form is more common. Frequently used to describe long-standing desires, plans, or relationships in a dignified tone.
