執拗
Meaning
Persistent; tenacious; obstinate; relentless. Describes a quality of doggedly continuing an action or attitude despite resistance or discouragement.
A na-adjective carrying a largely negative nuance: the persistence described is unwanted or excessive, often making the subject unpleasant or threatening to deal with.
