つくづく
意味
Deeply; keenly; thoroughly. Expresses doing something with deep feeling or realising something profoundly.
An adverb expressing intense, heartfelt reflection or observation. Most commonly paired with 思う (to think/feel) as つくづく思う (to deeply feel/realise) or 感じる (to sense) as つくづく感じる (to keenly sense). Conveys that the speaker has come to a deep personal realisation through experience. Can also mean staring intently (つくづく見る). Written in kanji as 熟 but almost always appears in hiragana.
