系列
意味
Keiretsu; affiliated group; series; a network of businesses with interlocking relationships and shareholdings, typically organised around a major bank or manufacturer.
The keiretsu system is one of the defining features of post-war Japanese capitalism. Horizontal keiretsu (横の系列) link companies across industries around a main bank (e.g., Mitsubishi group); vertical keiretsu (縦の系列) connect manufacturers with their dedicated suppliers and distributors (e.g., Toyota's supplier network). Cross-shareholding (相互株式保有) and preferential trading relationships characterise the system. Globalisation has weakened but not eliminated keiretsu ties.
