방자하다; 건방지다

Carries a clear negative connotation. Often used by authority figures to rebuke improper behaviour: 放肆! (How dare you!/Outrageous!) Used to describe someone acting without any restraint or propriety. More serious than 随便 (casual) and more specific than 无礼 (impolite).
