決行
Meaning
Carrying out with resolve; going ahead (with a plan) despite difficulties or opposition.
A noun that also functions as a suru verb (決行する). Implies determination to proceed regardless of obstacles. Used for events or plans that go ahead despite bad weather (雨天決行 — rain or shine), opposition, or unfavourable conditions. Conveys stronger will than simply 'doing' — it emphasises the decision to push forward. Common in event announcements and news reports.
