赴任する
Meaning
To take up a new post; to proceed to one's assigned position, typically at a distant location.
A Group 3 (suru) compound verb combining 赴任 (proceeding to a new post) with する. Used when someone is transferred or appointed to a position at a different location, especially overseas or in a remote area.
