あざます
Meaning
A casual 'thanks' that's slightly more polite than あざす, but still very informal — a middle ground in the slurring spectrum.
あざます sits between あざす and ありがとうございます on the formality spectrum. It preserves a bit more of the original ございます (gozaimasu), making it feel slightly more respectful than あざす while still being clearly casual slang. Some speakers use it as a go-to quick thanks that doesn't feel as sloppy as あざす.
