意味

Each; every; respectively. Refers to individual items or people within a group, considered separately.

An adverb and noun emphasising individuality within a group. Used when each member has a different characteristic, role, or action: それぞれの意見 (each person's opinion), それぞれ違う (each one is different). Can modify nouns with の or stand alone as an adverb. Sometimes written 各々 (おのおの) in more formal contexts. Common in both spoken and written Japanese.
