火加減(火力と時間)/転じてタイミング・勘所・熟練度
火候 originally referred to the correct heat level and cooking duration needed to achieve the perfect result. It has been extended metaphorically to describe the right timing or degree in any endeavor, as well as the depth of skill accumulated over time.
