社恐人
Meaning
A person who self-identifies as socially anxious, shy, or avoidant in casual situations.
社恐人 is often playful self-labeling, not a clinical diagnosis. It is safest when used about yourself or someone who uses the label first, especially for avoiding calls, parties, introductions, or small talk.
