Meaning

To run into; to encounter; to come across. To meet a person or situation unexpectedly.

  • 将'遇到'用于计划好的会面 (Don't use 遇到 for planned meetings — it implies an accidental or unplanned encounter; use 见到 or 和…见面 for intentional meetings)
