Meaning
Best regards; pleased to meet you; please take care of it. A multipurpose expression of goodwill.
An adverb and set phrase derived from the adjective よろしい (yoroshii, good/fine). Used in many social situations: self-introductions (よろしくお願いします, pleased to meet you), requests (よろしくお願いいたします, I humbly ask for your help), and as an email closing. One of the most important polite phrases in Japanese social interaction.
