A very common colloquial expression used to describe activities, conversations, or situations that feel dull, meaningless, or not worth one's time. Softer than 无聊 in some contexts but equally widespread. Also used self-deprecatingly.

- 在正式演讲或书面报告中用'没意思'评价内容 — 书面语应改用'缺乏意义''乏味'或'令人倦怠' (Don't use 没意思 in formal speeches or written reports to evaluate content — use 缺乏意义, 乏味, or 令人倦怠 instead)
