Meaning

Describes the outward expression of inner quality — a combination of appearance, bearing, talent, and character. 风采依旧 (just as distinguished as ever). Can also describe the impressive character of a place, era, or cultural phenomenon. More elegant and literary than 气质 (temperament) or 风度 (manner).
