  2. 報道 ほうどう Report; reporting; news coverage. The act of communicating news to the public through media.
  3. ニュース にゅーす News; a report of recent events. One of the most common loanwords in daily Japanese.
  4. 出版 しゅっぱん Publication; publishing. The process of producing and distributing printed or digital works.
  5. 作家 さっか Author; writer; novelist. A person who creates literary or artistic works professionally.
  6. 作品 さくひん Work; piece; production. A creative work such as a book, film, painting, or musical composition.
  7. 芸術 げいじゅつ Art; the arts. The broad domain of creative expression including visual art, music, literature, and performance.
  8. 絵画 かいが Painting; picture. A work of visual art created with paint or similar media, typically on canvas or paper.
  9. 彫刻 ちょうこく Carving; engraving; sculpture. A three-dimensional artwork created by shaping materials such as stone, wood, or metal.
  10. 博物館 はくぶつかん Museum. A building where objects of historical, scientific, artistic, or cultural interest are stored and exhibited.
  11. 監督 かんとく Director; supervisor; manager. A person who oversees and directs a project, film, or sports team.
  12. 俳優 はいゆう Actor; actress; performer. A person who acts in plays, films, television, or other performing arts.
  13. 演技 えんぎ Acting; performance. The art of portraying a character or performing a role on stage or screen.
  14. 舞台 ぶたい Stage; theatre stage. The raised platform where performers act, or figuratively the setting of a story.
  15. 演奏 えんそう Musical performance; playing music. The act of performing a piece of music on an instrument.
  16. 楽器 がっき Musical instrument. Any device created or adapted to make musical sounds.
  17. 撮影 さつえい Photography; filming; shooting. The act of capturing images or video with a camera.
  18. デザイン でざいん Design. The art or process of planning and creating the appearance, layout, or function of something.
  19. テーマ てーま Theme; topic; subject matter. The central subject or idea of a work, discussion, or event.
  20. 次第 しだい Depending on; as soon as; order; circumstances. A versatile word expressing conditionality or sequence.
  21. しな Item; article; goods. An object or product, especially in commercial or formal contexts.
  22. 消防 しょうぼう Fire fighting; fire prevention; fire department. The system and services for preventing and extinguishing fires.
  23. 相手 あいて Partner; companion; opponent; the other party. The person one is dealing with, talking to, or competing against.
  24. Department; division; section. An organizational unit within a company, government office, or institution.
  25. 学期 がっき School term; semester; academic term. A defined period within the school year.
