自然体
意味
Natural posture; being oneself; unaffected manner. Describes the state of acting naturally without pretence, force, or self-consciousness.
Originally a martial arts term (judo and kendo) for the neutral standing posture from which any movement can flow. In modern usage it has extended broadly to personal conduct, relationships, and creative work — describing an ease and authenticity that comes from not trying too hard. 自然体で臨む (to approach something in a natural, unforced way) is a common collocation.
