朝型
意味
A morning person; someone who naturally wakes up early and is most productive in the morning.
朝型 is the counterpart to 夜型 and is generally viewed positively in Japanese society, where early rising has long been associated with diligence and success. The 朝活 (morning activity) boom further reinforced the image of 朝型 people as healthy, productive, and disciplined. Many self-improvement articles encourage switching from 夜型 to 朝型.
