构想
Meaning
To conceive; to envision; a conception or vision. A broader, more strategic or ambitious idea or plan, especially one that has not yet been fully realised.
Often used in policy, strategic planning, and visionary contexts. While 构思 focuses on the creative planning of a specific work, 构想 refers to a grand or aspirational vision — e.g., a development plan, a political concept, or a large-scale initiative. Common in governmental reports and think-tank documents: 战略构想 (strategic vision), 宏大构想 (grand conception).
