Meaning
Must absolutely; have to without exception. A strong adverb expressing that something is absolutely necessary or unavoidable, often with an implied element of stubbornness or insistence.
Stronger than 得 or 必须. Often carries a connotation of insistence despite obstacles, or frustration that something must be done in a particular way. Frequently paired with 不可 at the end of the sentence for emphasis: 非得...不可.
