存在が優勝
Meaning
Their very existence is a win — just being alive and present is enough to be the best.
Follows the 〇〇が優勝 (___wins the championship) pattern from fan culture. 存在が優勝 takes the compliment to its logical extreme: this person doesn't need to do anything special because their mere existence is already a victory. Often used for beloved idols, pets, or anyone the speaker finds irresistibly charming.
