Meaning
To reflect on; to critically examine. Deep thinking about past actions, decisions, or ideas in order to identify problems and improve.
More critical and introspective than 思考 (to think about) or 回顾 (to review). 反思 implies a willingness to identify flaws in one's own thinking, actions, or systems. Commonly used in education, politics, and philosophy.
