含义

Extremely; exceedingly. A formal intensifier equivalent to 'exceedingly' or 'to the highest degree'.

More formal and literary than 非常 or 很. Used in academic, journalistic, and official writing to intensify adjectives and certain verbs: 极为重要 (extremely important), 极为罕见 (exceedingly rare), 极为复杂 (highly complex). Cannot precede nouns.
