1. 然而 rán ér However; nevertheless; yet. A formal conjunction introducing a contrasting or unexpected statement.
2. 燃料 rán liào Fuel; material used for burning to produce heat or energy. Covers substances like coal, oil, natural gas, and wood.
3. 燃烧 rán shāo To burn; to combust. Describes the process of something catching fire and producing heat and light.
4. 热闹 rè nao Lively; bustling; exciting with lots of activity and noise. Can also mean to join in the fun.
