  1. 職業 しょくぎょう Occupation; profession. The type of work someone does as their main job.
  2. 就職 しゅうしょく Finding employment; getting a job. The act of starting work at a company or organization.
  3. 退職 たいしょく Retirement; resignation. Leaving one's job or position permanently.
  4. 面接 めんせつ Interview; face-to-face meeting. Typically a job interview or entrance examination interview.
  5. 履歴書 りれきしょ Resume; curriculum vitae. A document listing one's personal history, education, and work experience.
  6. 給料 きゅうりょう Salary; wages; pay. The money received for work, typically on a monthly basis.
  7. 収入 しゅうにゅう Income; earnings; revenue. Money received, especially on a regular basis, from work or investments.
  8. 能力 のうりょく Ability; capability; faculty. The power or skill to do something.
  9. 責任 せきにん Responsibility; duty. An obligation to carry out or account for something.
  10. 部長 ぶちょう Department head; division manager. A senior management position in a Japanese company.
  11. 課長 かちょう Section manager; section chief. A mid-level management position in a Japanese company.
  12. 社長 しゃちょう Company president; CEO. The top executive of a company.
  13. 同僚 どうりょう Coworker; colleague. A person one works with at the same workplace or in the same organization.
  14. 上司 じょうし Superior; boss. A person of higher rank or position in the workplace.
  15. 部下 ぶか Subordinate; one's junior staff member. A person under one's supervision at work.
  16. きゃく Guest; visitor; customer. A person who visits, is entertained, or makes a purchase.
  17. 取引 とりひき Transaction; business dealing. The act of conducting business between parties.
  18. 契約 けいやく Contract; agreement. A formal, legally binding arrangement between parties.
  19. 会議 かいぎ Meeting; conference. A gathering of people to discuss and decide on matters.
  20. 出張 しゅっちょう Business trip; official trip. Travel undertaken for work purposes.
  21. 残業 ざんぎょう Overtime work. Working beyond regular business hours.
  22. 休暇 きゅうか Holiday; vacation; time off. An authorized absence from work or school.
  23. 産業 さんぎょう Industry; a branch of economic or commercial activity.
  24. 経済 けいざい Economy; economics. The system of production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services.
  25. 貿易 ぼうえき Foreign trade; international commerce. The import and export of goods between countries.
  26. 輸出 ゆしゅつ Export; exportation. The act of sending goods or products to another country for sale.
  27. 輸入 ゆにゅう Import; importation. The act of bringing goods or products from another country.
