Meaning: To be skeptical about something; to not take it too seriously.
Used when advising someone that information may not be entirely reliable or should be received with some skepticism. Very common when discussing rumors, reviews, opinions, and forecasts. The American version uses 'grain' while British English often uses 'pinch.'
