manifesto
含义: A public declaration of policy, principles, or intentions, especially one issued by a political party, government, or movement.
Manifesto is most familiar in British politics as the document in which a political party sets out its programme for government before a general election. Voters are expected to judge parties partly on their manifesto commitments. Beyond politics, it is used for any bold public declaration of purpose or belief — artistic manifestos, corporate manifestos, and personal manifestos. Common collocations include 'party manifesto,' 'election manifesto,' 'manifesto commitment,' and 'publish a manifesto.'
