When a question is part of a larger statement, it uses statement word order (subject before verb). 'I wonder what time it is' not 'I wonder what time is it.' Common after 'know,' 'wonder,' 'tell me,' etc.
间接问句嵌入在陈述句中，使用陈述句语序（不倒装）。用'Could you tell me...'、'Do you know...'、'I wonder...'等短语开头。是/否问句用'if/whether'。
