Who, which, that for describing nouns

简介

关系从句让我们不用开始一个新句子就能给名词添加信息。比如"I know a woman. She speaks five languages."可以合成一句："I know a woman who speaks five languages."

关键的关系代词有三个："who"（用于人）、"which"（用于物）、"that"（人物通用）。知道什么时候用哪个，你的英语就会听起来更自然、更地道。

中文里我们说"会说五种语言的女人"，修饰语放在名词前面。英语刚好相反，修饰部分跟在名词后面。适应这个词序差异是掌握关系从句的关键。
