Screw-up
含义: A person who frequently makes mistakes, or a serious mistake itself.
'Screw-up' works as both a noun (a person who messes things up) and a noun for the mistake itself ('that was a major screw-up'). As a person, a screw-up can't seem to get anything right. As an event, a screw-up is a significant error. It's the PG-13 version of a stronger expletive, making it acceptable in most casual settings.
