Tactical chunder
Meaning: Deliberate vomiting to prevent a worse hangover.
A tactical chunder (British) or tactical vomit is deliberately making yourself sick to get rid of excess alcohol before it's fully absorbed—theoretically preventing a worse hangover. Whether it actually works is debatable, but it's a known strategy.
