Jukebox
Meaning: A coin-operated music machine in a pub.
The jukebox lets customers choose songs for the pub. Traditional ones had physical records; modern ones are digital. Jukebox politics (who gets to play what) causes friction in pubs. 'Putting money in the jukebox' creates the evening's soundtrack.
