"Should"는 범용적이고 자주 쓰여요. "Ought to"는 좀 더 격식 있고 도덕적인 느낌이 나고요. "Had better"는 조언을 안 따르면 안 좋은 일이 생길 거라는 암묵적 경고가 담겨 있어요.
