소개

접속사(connectors)는 문장과 문장을 이어붙이는 접착제 같은 존재예요. 아이디어 사이의 관계를 보여주죠: 추가(and), 대조(but), 원인(because), 결과(so).

접속사가 없으면 말이 짧고 뚝뚝 끊기는 문장의 연속이 돼요. 접속사가 있으면 복잡한 생각도 명확하고 유창하게 전달할 수 있어요.

이 기본 접속사들은 중급과 고급 단계에서 배울 더 세련된 연결어의 기초가 돼요. 먼저 이것들을 확실히 잡아놓으면 나중이 훨씬 수월해져요.
