pathology
意味: The science of the causes and effects of diseases, especially as examined through laboratory analysis of body tissue; also, the features of a particular disease or the abnormal aspects of something.
Pathology is a medical speciality in which pathologists examine tissue samples, blood, and other body fluids to diagnose disease. The term is also used figuratively to describe dysfunctional patterns, as in 'the pathology of corruption' or 'social pathology.'
