Discharge
意味: Being released from hospital; official departure.
'Getting your discharge' means being released from hospital care. Doctors 'discharge' patients when they're well enough to go home. Can also refer to bodily discharge (fluid from wound), but hospital release is the primary meaning in everyday speech.
