'Be that as it may' acknowledges something but proceeds regardless. 'That said' and 'having said that' are similar but less formal. They introduce a contrasting point after conceding something.

'Be that as it may'(尽管如此)和'that said/having said that'(话虽如此)在承认前面的观点后引出对比或限定。它们是正式的让步性过渡短语。
