'Be going to' expresses planned intentions ('I'm going to study medicine') or predictions based on present evidence ('Look at those clouds - it's going to rain'). Different from 'will' which is more spontaneous.

'Be going to'表示计划好的意图('我打算学医')或基于现有证据的预测('看那些云——要下雨了')。与'will'不同,will更具即兴性。
