'Will have + past participle' describes actions that will be complete before a specified future time. 'By next year, I will have finished my degree.' Often used with 'by' + time expression.
'Will have + 过去分词'描述在指定的未来时间之前将完成的动作。'By next year, I will have finished my degree.'(到明年,我将完成学位。)常与'by + 时间表达'连用。
