unwieldy
Significado: Difficult to carry, manage, or handle because of size, shape, weight, or complexity. Applied both to physical objects and to abstract systems or processes.
Unwieldy works equally well for concrete and abstract subjects. A large piece of furniture can be unwieldy, but so can a bureaucratic system, a legislative proposal, or a committee structure. The word implies that something has grown too large or complex to function efficiently. It is common in business, political, and administrative contexts where organisations struggle with their own scale.
