turnover
Significado: The total amount of money taken by a business in a particular period; the rate at which employees leave and are replaced in an organisation.
In British English, turnover primarily refers to total sales revenue (whereas Americans might say 'revenue' or 'sales'). Staff turnover measures how frequently employees leave and need replacing — high turnover suggests dissatisfaction or poor conditions.
