phobia
Significado: An extreme or irrational fear or aversion to something, often so severe that it interferes with daily life.
Phobias are among the most common anxiety disorders and can develop in response to animals, situations, medical procedures, or social interactions. Common examples include arachnophobia (spiders), claustrophobia (enclosed spaces), and agoraphobia (open or crowded places). The suffix -phobia is also used to denote prejudice or hatred, as in xenophobia or homophobia.
