loquacious
Significado: Very talkative; given to excessive or prolonged speech. A formal or literary way of describing someone who talks a great deal.
Loquacious is more neutral or gently humorous than 'verbose' or 'garrulous,' though all three describe talkativeness. It is often used with mild affection — a loquacious uncle at dinner, a loquacious interviewee. In literary criticism, it can describe prose style. The noun form 'loquacity' and the adverb 'loquaciously' are also current but rarer.
