explicit
Significado: Stated clearly and directly, leaving no room for confusion or doubt about the intended meaning.
Explicit communication removes ambiguity by spelling out exactly what is meant. In academic and legal writing, being explicit is considered a virtue, as it prevents misinterpretation. The word also has a secondary meaning relating to graphic depictions of sex or violence, as in 'explicit content.' The adverb 'explicitly' is frequently used to emphasise that something was stated outright.
