cone
Significado: A three-dimensional shape that tapers smoothly from a flat circular base to a single point called the apex.
In geometry, the volume of a cone is one-third that of a cylinder with the same base and height. Conic sections (circle, ellipse, parabola, hyperbola) are all derived from slicing a cone at different angles. In everyday British English, cone also refers to traffic cones, ice-cream cones, and the seed-bearing structures of coniferous trees.
