analogue
Significado: Something that is comparable or similar to something else in certain respects, or a system that represents data using continuously variable physical quantities rather than discrete digital values.
In British English, 'analogue' (spelled 'analog' in American English) has two distinct clusters of meaning. The technical sense contrasts with 'digital': analogue watches, analogue signals, analogue recording. The general sense means a comparable counterpart, as in 'the British analogue of the American FBI is MI5.' In pharmacology, a drug analogue is a compound structurally similar to another. The word functions as both a noun and an adjective.
