'Has/have been + past participle' - combines present perfect and passive: 'The report has been completed.' 'Many changes have been made.' Used when the action is relevant to now and the doer is unknown or unimportant.
'Has/have been + 过去分词'——结合现在完成时和被动语态:'The report has been completed.'当动作与现在相关且执行者未知或不重要时使用。
'Has/have been + participio pasado' - combina presente perfecto y pasiva: 'The report has been completed.' Se usa cuando la acción es relevante ahora y el agente es desconocido o sin importancia.
