Young blood
Significado: A young person, especially one who's new to a group or scene. A term of address from older to younger.
Young blood is used by older people to address or refer to someone younger. It can be mentoring ('listen here, young blood'), affectionate ('that young blood has potential'), or dismissive ('young blood doesn't know anything'). It creates a generational dynamic and implies the speaker has wisdom from experience.
