Significado: Anyone who has an interest in or is affected by a project, decision, or organization.
Originally meant someone who holds stakes in a bet. In corporate life, it is anyone who needs to be consulted, informed, or satisfied — executives, customers, partners, team members. 'Stakeholder management' is a core corporate skill.
