Spaz out
Significado: To freak out, lose control, or overreact dramatically about something.
Spazzing out means having an exaggerated reaction — panicking, getting overly excited, or losing composure. 'Don't spaz out, it's just a spider.' It can describe both positive excitement ('she spazzed out when she got the news') and negative reactions ('he spazzed out over nothing'). Common in Northeast urban speech.

Origen e historia
From 'spastic,' shortened to 'spaz' in American slang. While the full word 'spastic' is considered highly offensive in British English (where it references cerebral palsy), 'spaz out' in American usage has drifted to simply mean overreacting. Still, sensitivity around the term is growing.
